Individuals with specific expertise and relevant experience who have overall accountability for the strategic direction and cross trust scrutiny. Also, to determine scheme of delegation, pay and remuneration and all governance appointments.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP GROUP
This is led by the CEO (Accounting Officer), Executive Director of Operations, Executive Director of Finance, School Improvement Team including Executive Headteachers, Director of School Improvement and Executive Improvement Partners, supported by the Executive Support Team.
